The theme was natural//inner beauty and i portrayed what I think makes the earth worth saving, its natural beauty; flowers, butterflies. We need to save the earth not only because we live in it but also because of all the ecosystems helping us to survive that we're destroying mainly due to our greediness.

The portrait is mother nature crying while watching the earth burn. The flames in the eyes represent our pollution transformed into combustion. The flowers means the innocence of her soul and the butterflies symbolizes hope, the hope we might all finally realize that global warming is not a myth but a fact!
